Hello, using the CSPAP.exe, AZUR, trying to package a blue cloud solution on the Windows 2008 machine from the command line The packaging tool basically crashes with the error message below

I found GAC by finding these assemblies and setting them up, these assemblies are part of the Blue SDK and I would have thought that they should be the default form in GAC Will be installed from
