osx - Unable to view all hindi sites on MAC 10.5.5 -

I created a sample Indian site and tried it in Safari on Mac 10.5.5, I can not see the browser Instead of a valid text box.

I tried the same problem on the latest Firefox browser. I changed the encoding to browser preferences in UTF-8 but it does not help.

Please let me solve it.
