HTML CSS Validation Error -

  error occurred while checking this document as XHTML 1.0 Transcriptional!  

I have my site [here] [link has been deleted

but IM has failed to validate online or in DreamWare CS5.

The problem is going:

im starting learning HTML, css forgive me if my position is naive.

The site only works in IE8 and Chrome!
