iphone - hold down button to delete -

OK, I can not find it anywhere on this site. So my question is

I have a test app that creates many buttons and gives each one a unique name through "+" in the toolbar. So far this is so good.

I am trying to find a method to press on a button to get the Apple Jiggle effect and then delete that button and data related to all the sub-views and data.
