I'm a Yahoo! Connected TV Widgets (using devices with simulators provided by Yahoo) How do I install my widget on real TV so that I can test it? All you need to do is test your widgets to support OEMs (Sony, Samsung, LG, etc.).
Open the widget gallery from the TV, press the green button, go to developer settings and get your developer code.
Go to: And upload your widget to test on TV.
It's really easy to test on a real device
