jquery - delay the div panel on the bottom -

Hello there is a small problem, I have a small devel panel at the very bottom, when I click on the button coming out of it I am working fine till now.

The problem is now, this is a form on the devil panel when I click on the submit button, div returns it to the default position. How can i fix div for particluar timing?

You can send some hidden input fields which you can Position indicates, whenever this value is set, then you should place the div on the given coordinate or otherwise it is not the default.
