Does anyone here use a DTO to transfer data from the controller? If so, where would you recommend to store those files? / Apps / dtos, and then mirrors the dir structure to consider them? Any recommendations on testing these animals with RSPC?
Rail the conference controller does not use the distributed levels and the layers do not have to see the separation there It is logical and relatively thin / light compared to the type of structure you saw in Java land.
The basic structure is that the controller sets the frequency variable, which is available in the same view. In the general case, the example variable model will be a collection of examples or model examples (coming from the database). The model should be the key to your business logic. The controllers coordinate the flow of data; Scenarios show that helpers are used to format visual values ... Whatever the model assumes and some do for display purposes only (you think that Repeated accessory methods can actually be better on models)
However, if you think that a scene has many different models If required, you may find it easier to traverse the model to a higher level of intangible level in another object. Nothing prevents you from creating non-active-record objects that collect and sync your AR models. You can then instantiate these objects into the controller, and make them available in view. You should usually be at a very dense level of complexity in the controller so that such a thing is needed.
I would like to throw out such items in apps / models - Rails load everything in this directory, keeping things easy with config / hopefulness.
