sending sms in hebrew -

I am using sms1.cardboardfish.com to send SMS through the web. These are the doccoding plans for me to work with: 0: Flash 1: General 2: Binary 4: UCS 2 5: Flash UCS 2 6: Flash GSM 7: General GSM and I want to send it to Hebrew. Right now I'm sending it in 7: General GSM and it comes framed ... Anybody think?

Send it to UCS 2, which is the usual UTF-16 encoding
