php - creating pdf forms from CMS based data on the fly -

I am using modX cms, and want that administrators can create some form fields in large format (basically A Labels, and various types of elements) which are then accessible to users in the form of a PDF document, which are downloaded, filling, saved and sent to the appropriate recipients via email in PDF form.

The main difference is for other similar questions that I really do not want to process the content of a form and PDF, I want to generate a PDF which contains the data found in the CMS [field] Name / Type] is a form based on.

The main purpose of the application is that forms can be easily administered, hence the integration with CMS. There is nothing about using and writing custom codes and / or libraries

I will also see an option to keep PDFs which can send out its results, but whatever I understand That is, I have to buy an Adobe Builder package and the price is very high.
