php - Magento upgrade via Magento Connect fails -


I tried updating our shops with a request. 1.3.2.3 to 1.4.1.0 and I used Magenta Connect Manager. It loads all the files and says that they have been installed, but they are not. Are all these files under "Downloader / Piercerlib / Download /", have I forgotten anything or is it a bug in our favorite stores?

I am searching for days and hope someone can help me here.

I am also in your shoes. I have also got an upgrade to do this, and trying to do it is not working properly.

I have taken the only advanced path to work here:

  1. Install a new copy of 1.4.1.0
  2. Backup 1.3.2.3 Magento
  3. Move media files from 1.3.2.3
  4. Bring the skin up, convert new requirements to 1.4.1.0
  5. Get the module on - Turn on error reporting, and check for problems (with us a ton)
