It seems that there is an upper limit of ~ 200 for the backlog queue on the Windows port, is this true? And if so, can I change the boundary?
I'm backing up ServerSocket.accept on a Windows XP Professional.
Should I go to a Windows server?
According to this, they are also standard 5 for windows, say 200 for windows server.
