DHI, I'm trying to set up my IIS server (6.0) to serve files from Linux shares. As I am very unfamiliar with Linux, I ask the community for any input on it.
I also have the facility of content from other window machine shares from the IIS server, this can be a promo with our domain. The IIS server is not on the domain.
As I want to move towards open source and Linux, I think a simple file is a good way to start the server.
I took Linux's Desto Selector and recommended OpenSUSE / Mandriv / Ubuntu. Any feedback on this is also welcome.
You can use a Windows stock to pile up on Linux.
