Is there any way I can search in users' profiles on Twitter?

As far as I can tell, you need to use the suggested instructions in the first comment or your own Let's roll the hack. That it enables you to query the profile field, but it does not include the URL in the search, although it is very expensive.

I am using a solution to use a combination of Google Site Search individually, which is combined with the URL as a word. This is definitely not indisputable by a long shot, but if you pair with some clever verification, you can get a lot of noise and use the result.
