How to rewrite this php function into HTML-emeddable function <?php ?> -

Can anyone code this code read by HTML?

  echo & lt; H3 & gt; '. $ R ['title'] '& Lt; / H3 & gt; ';

Something like this:

  & lt; Php echo ... blah blah blah? & Gt; To display the title in / * HTML * /

I'm sure I am not doing this right, this is the reason why it still does not work: (. < / P>

EDIT: There I think that not is going to modify the original PHP function.What I need to do is call call it my html On the page,

What does ah mean?

  & lt; php echo "& amp; lt; h3 & g T; $ r ['title'] & amp; lift; / h3> ">;>

One may answer this unclear question

< / Div>
