I have included the title, description and image_sarc meta tag on my site, so that Facebook can choose this information and it will be able to select the posts of users on facebook Can display on. I am using ping.fm to post to facebook. Meta data appears to work fine on a 'page' page on Facebook, but it does not show any of Meta data in the post on individual user's walls.
Why is such an idea?
I'm not really a Facebook developer, but I should do this work, if there is anything I need to do.
The link being posted on Facebook is a ping.fm tinyurl, but as I said it works on 'pages'.
Not sure how you are posting / posting this on Facebook, but maybe it will help? Perhaps you can share url for page in question.
