File Management system in Php -

Back up a server (Docs, Video, Music, etc.) on my system - I only have FTP access Can not fancy anything in)

I can run the PHP and MySQL programs (pretty basic)
I was thinking of a good whole system that made me - upload, control and manage files Thinking about (with security feature)
so that I have some docs on the fly I find Npadit, listen to streaming music and if I wanted to upload files

I used the first one and it is quite good. I only know for media preview but this is not open source.
