oracle10g - how can you enable partitions in Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition for Windows? -

I installed the Oracle 10G Enterprise Edition on Windows XP. It appears that the partition was installed as part of the default installation, although the functionality of the partition is not enabled. Can I get instructions for enabling partitioning on Unix / Linux, but does not Windows have any success in dividing 10GE on my local machine?

SELECT * FROM V $ option where parameter = 'Partitioning';

This question will answer whether the division has actually been established or not.
