cocoa - how to display pictures as thumbnails in a view -

I am trying to get a view with multiple pictures in the form of thumbnails; But I'm not really really about how to achieve it.

Can anyone tell me how to create a thumbnail view from files in a folder and it is in a tableview (or whatever its name is container).

I want to show all the pictures, not just one, so I can not just use one image visual control.
