jquery - How to make gallery image fade on hover to reveal details such as title, enlarge, visit site, etc? -

I've seen a good image gallery hover effect quite recently and I'm just wondering if anyone Someone knows about this is a good way to rebuild this effect, the effect happens when you hover over an image, the image gets fade or there is a div fade in showing links on the image etc.
