Drupal: wrapping blocks together -

Can I make blocks in Drupal 6? I need to wrap two adjacent blocks in the same basic element in my page.

You can use the area in which the wrapping markup is required, or you To do this, you can create a theme function. There are many other ways you can use, such as Drupal has a very flexible thinging system, but there is no setting etc. Let it be done by the UI.
