How to create ASP.NET 4.0 pages contain controls under roles (Admin or not) -

I want to create a web page using ASP.NET 4.0 (C #), and I want some controlling administrator For example, the role disappears for the general user and for example.

As long as this is something new to do asp. Net 4.0 has been introduced, so this is the right way to do this, this is what was designed to do multi-function control.
