I am using giternal, which compresses the .git directory of external references in .tgz file. Unfortunately, every time I "freeze" the external, a new .tgz file has been created for repo.
Even if the contents of the .git directory are the same, a new .tgz file, in which diffs, is created. This leads to the repo bloat.
Is there no way that CRD CGF helps in creating a tz file with different binary material with the same package on different machines?
As the time of the file, the UID and GID are stored in the archive, it It is difficult to archive properly. I can usually provide a solution to hair like changing the timer file to normal time and UID. The master interchange format is explained in the POSIX definition of packs utility. Or you can open the last and current snapshot and separate them, so you can decide whether they are the same and you need the last one.
