Web-based equivalent of OpenOffice.org Base or Microsoft Access? -


I am currently using Base / MS Access, such as to create forms. A backend negation in PHP is that it only runs on the desktop, is any web based equivalent aware?

Edit: More research should be done, I need to interact with MySQL, not Access DB.
