I have created a special character what I want, I have to install in the Windows system first, I will put that character on a keyboard I want to assign. Then when I copy this font from word pad to word pad, it should be visible.
I modified the glyph of an existing font and changed the "^" character for my new design.
Right now I have assigned this character to the "Shift + 6 ^" button and it is working in Microsoft Word and Excel. But when I copy it into a word pad, it will not show the new character but rather "^" will be shown.
Is there any way to display my new character everywhere ??
This will only appear if you type in the modified font, any different font anywhere ( I.e. the word pad), you will not have the converted glyph.
