Is there a program for changing the background of the launcher app or with user gestures?
This is a disappointing black background. I want a sunny yellow color how to do it!

is not a launcher app "Launcher app" in Android ( Dozens of AKA, home screens) are all freely written, and most of them do not have any APIs.
