silverlight - Can I have a ValueConverter in my ViewModel? -

I have a combobox for the collection, so users can select one of the items. So far, very good.

The content of the combo box is powered by item, but also by a value in my view modal. Imagine the value in my view-model, in my bound object, I have a description of the description according to the language, and I want to display the right.

How should I go about this?

Store an overview in your view-model type type items. Bind the item resources of your view-model for this visual collection.

  public square item {public string description {get; Set;} public string language {get; Set;} public override toasting () {return details; }}  

The selected items will also be bound for an asset of the item too.

ToString displays the override description.

The selected item will be the reference to the selected object property in the proprietor, from which you can get the language.
