android - Expanding Overlay Marker on Google Maps? -

I can draw Opera items on Google Maps Well, an image that looks like:

Where "/" is the "pin", which marks the latitude / loan on that map and an image in between. My question is, when a user clicks on it, is there a way to expand it? I definitely have to change it in some type of dialog or layout and when it is clicked it has to be changed.

I should be small in that way when no click is made, it is clicked on which spread like each other:
