apache - MAMP Pro + Espionage folder encryption = 403 error? -

I am using MAMP Pro to encrypt my ~ / sites folder with spying on my OS X 10.6 (Where mamp is pulling me from the virtual host)

I'm having trouble following MAMP's Apache sample that the automation is automatically / version / EspionageMounts / lee / 3042560432 (I believe it changes all the time, so not static It is possible) .

My 'Sites' folder has ownership of Lee / Staff.

Volume Aspen Mountains are owned by the same.

I have set up MAMP to use the user 'Lee' for Apache.

FollwSymLinks are set in my test.dev virtual host.

And yet, any Apache request test.dev/whatever.html yields a 403 prohibited.

Apache error log shows:

[Sun July 18 08:39:14 2010] [error] [customer 127.0.0.1] Symbolic links are not allowed : / User / li / sites

What am I missing?

Be sure that the target folder symlink has sufficient permissions for "others".

Try checking the "public mountpoint" option on espiagnence.
