performance - What is the Clojure equivalent of a "public static final" constant in Java -

I'm writing some close codes that depend on many constants.

They will be used within tight inner rings, so it is important that they will be used efficiently and optimized by the closure compiler + JVM combination. I usually use "public stable last" in Java for the same purpose.

What is the best way to declare them?
