I was reading when I got an idea. I can use it (HTML 5 Cache Manifest) in cache files (eg CSS / JS / images etc.) for offline capability. But also for display, when users come back to your site then do not need to load those files? Or will it work only in offline mode (files cached by the cache manifest)?
No, if the browser supports offline then it will cache all the files listed in the manifest and only Updating the manifest will change them Last year someone showed a technique based on the manifestation.
