wordpress theming - How do you organize your plugins and themes code? -

I am starting to work as a CMS with WordPress, now they manage 3 taxonomies and custom post types. Makes it easy to do My job is mostly focused on developing plugins and themes.

My biggest plugin does contain some admin content (admin menu items and related pages and attributes), but also makes some import and export, and some of these are post-processing treatments ("when someone New post is created ").

My biggest theme is very small, and they display all custom posts in a custom display.

After a few weeks of work, I have several thousands of locks, and it is difficult and difficult to dig in. Which leads me to the following question: How do you organize your WP plugins code? And what about your WP themes code?

Many thousands of locks

This very epic is!

Write less, do more!

You may be too much I. It is better to use WP along with the code to cut your code.
