help with ruby on rails -

I have installed Ruby when I start the mogrum server so I get this error message

< Pre> program kin starts because msvcrt-ruby18.dll is unavailable

I have also downloaded the file msvcrt - ruby18.dll, but no use

< P> I googled it, but can not solve the problem

I had a similar problem was. I installed Ruby 1.8.6 (using the installer for window) and was copying all the DLL from 'Dean' which was not present at the 1.9 Ruby bin.
