flex - Cairngorm Framework V3 Vs Cairngrom framework V2 -

I've seen some white papers, Kerrangmore is not good for always using V2 flake framework. So many Flex projects change from Carrom 2 to Carrom 3.

Do I think that Carrom 3 has been developed based on the structure of Carregor 2.

While using Large Flex applications, Carromor 3 due to some issues in Carvergure 2.
