php - CakePHP and sending emails. Am I doing it right? -

I am using KPHP to write a web app and need to send email to users after registration.
I had to create an e-mail account on my server and then send an email using SMTP authentication; otherwise, Google and Yahoo (at least) refused to read my email.
Does it come with big business dislikes? As an app or delivery speed?

I use a lot of mail in my apps, and finally mail Instead of settling on delivery from smtp . The reason for this is that some of the servers we use can behave unpredictably on sending themselves
