security - Allow users to view items in a SharePoint Document Library, but not open the files -

I need to allow the contents of a document library to see, including browsing through folders , But does not actually open the individual files

Users are not allowed to restrict files, but display them still.

Naturally this is such a scene, it does not have 'Open Link', but it prevents users from manually creating URLs. Apart from this there are other options in the context menu which I want to be available for personal documents.

I know that has been asked in advance.

This is not a complete answer, but perhaps it will tell you in the right direction and you can work it Are there.

Team site, have the following permission levels:

Read: Pages and list items can view and download documents.

Only view: pages, list items, and documents. Document types with server-side file handlers can be viewed in the browser but can not be downloaded.

The only difference between the two is that there are only uncontrolled open items:

Open item - View source of documents with server-side file handlers .

Unfortunately, according to my trial and more, it does not work. At least not with office documents.
