I need a little bit of help about the SharePoint solution installed in SharePoint.

I have created a project for the user control (such as login logout, etc.) and the wspbuilder project (12 structures including the hive control controller folder) The controltemplates being added to the folder (I wrote the postbuild event to add as the ASCCC control)

There are no compilation errors, I created the wsp and added it to the solution store. But when I try to apply it to a specific web application, I can not find any selection of web application in the Deprecation window. This is saying

No web application in the solution is a scod resource, and therefore can not be deployed in a particular web application. It can be deployed globally only.

I think the problem is adding safe regulation to manifest.xml. When I create WSP, adding Safe Control to MuffAxtax. I also included the goal of deploying GAC in the wspbuilder.exe.config file.

My feature.xm is as follows

  How can I resolve this issue? I only want to deploy wsp for specific webpages.

  if you If you are registering a loss control, you will have to scour this feature at the web application level so that he can know which web.config can be updated. Change the scope of web applications and it will know which web Config can be deployed. 
  Whenever you use the stsadm web application you need to use the -URL switch.
