html - I want to pass form data from my website to a website not owned by me -

I want to create a donation form on my website which forwards to donors on PayPal donation page on Wikipedia. WikiLeaks allows targeted donations for specific reasons which supports WikiLeaks My website is fundraising for any of these reasons.

My form will not provide any secure information such as credit card #s, etc. I want it to donate only to donate to my visitors, and the name of my charitable cause

This works because I have both pages. I do not have a wikiilease page, which can run on PHP or not. My goal is to post "Hello WikiLeaks" in the 'Custom' form field below which I am located, I should be able to find out if I can complete it.
